I absolutely love this product! I use it in my homemade deodorant and toothpaste. It's great for skin care products and for a hair conditioner. I rarely use it for any type of frying because coconut oil smokes at low temps. I do use it in all baking recipes that call for vegetable oil. And like I said, it's great for cold uses and homemade products!!
