Delivery through FedEx was perfect arrived 2 days early, i previously had one of these bikes from hoteel 819 peak 500 w ith this order much different lcd display/loçk for folding smaller/ tires less quality and engine motor with full charge!! my first bike I have 1300 miles and it's just like a new bike. It was perfect from day one. I expected the same from such a great Name I should've brought it with me from Florida to New York to visit my 85-year-old sister and family please refund me or give me what I ordered. $363.79 or my white or black caroma 819 peak!!not a 500w everday scooter that cannot come close.
