Game changer in joint pain

I read the reviews before I purchased, I have a friend who said this is good for helping to regulate blood sugar and km a diabetic on insulin. So I read all the reviews, some great ones an a few cons..so I buy the bullet a said what the heck it's only $12.99. Now I have been having really bad hip an joint pain a terrible burning in my hands an feet at night to the point I cannot sleep. I so far have been on these 4 days sn my hip an joint pain is almost completely gone. I have a lot more energy at work I'm not yawning or feeling half dead half way through my shift. Some said it would make you poop a lot I've not had an issue with loose stool or diarrhea yet an I hope I won't tbh..but I did read that moringa leaf is a mild laxative. It does suppress my appetite as it said it helps with weight loss. So for me these really work great, I'll be buying more once mg bottle runs out. I love how the capsules are small an easy to swallow. I usually eat a piece of toast or egg muffin when I take them.
