Haven't put the tire on yet, so not sure of the quality. It was just the instructions on how to pick it up that were kind of confusing. E-mail said pick it up inside the store at the pickup area, which I didn't know where that was so asked customer service who sent me to automotive who had no record of the order and then sent me to the outside pickup. Finally got it after a 10 to 15 minute wait. Sounds like a communication issue between departments. Overall I have no problems when shopping at the store.
