Good combination
I bought Carlson's other fish oil products before. Their fish oil quality has been good. This product is great as it combines lutein into the fish oil as well. Fish oil aides the absorption for lutein. Even better they use a stabilised. lutein. The only disadvantage is that it's quite pricy even after discount. The delivery is so fast especially it's during holiday. The package is appropriate.

An interesting combination of 1,000mg DHA + 20mg Lutein!
This is an interesting combination of 1,000 mg DHA + 20 mg Lutein. I've been taking lutein daily for the past several years to keep my eyes in good shape. The combination of DHA and lutein can't hurt so decided to give these a try. The rather large softgel has no odor or smell and is quite easy to take. Overall, seems like a winning combo.

My vision suddenly improved at age 49!
When I bought Omega, I did not set a goal to improve my eyes. But unexpectedly, after 1.5 months, I noticed that my vision had improved slightly and my eyes became lighter: the dryness and pain disappeared, and I spent more time looking at the laptop screen. I assume that such a good result is not only in lutein, but also in high DHA. Previously, I did not buy high-grade DHA, but took Super Omega from the same company for 3 years without a break. But there is DHA - 400 mg. I am pleased with the result and will now alternate between 2 different Omegas from Solgar.
