Perfect dosage for me

Carlson's 6 mg lutein with 1 mg zeaxanthin is perfect for me to maintain eye health. The ratio is good and the best I can find. Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids found in the retina's macular region, which is an area vital to vision health. Very small softgels in a dark bottle. Carlson has high quality nutritional supplements and their lutein is formulated with Lutemax 2020. A great antioxidant for a healthy vision.

I need the low dose!

I believe if consumed enough and various foods daily, it is better to have low-dose supplements. It is really hard to find low-dose lutein in the market. So I felt excited when found this.

Good

Bought for my daughter as dose is rather small for the adults, but will use triple dose for an adult as well. Trustworthy brand and good ingredients. Hope it will help to eyes. Together with Vit A, E, Gingo, elderberry extract and several more.
