It has a great taste. The best ingredients. I usually feel results after couple weeks of using it. My hair going much better. Overall I feel more energized

Excellent quality . I have been looking for triglycerides version which is the natural form of Omega 3 more bioavailability than other synthetic forms . Will be ordering again
