Chelated Magnesium Glycinate, 400 mg
This is my 3rd package because the dosage is very high which is difficult to find. It effects so nicely the sleep, the hormone balance, the joints and the overall health. I sleep much better and feel that my body has just enough minerals to cope with everyday stress. The taste is neutral, and the size of the pills is excellent for using on a regular basis.

Please give this review a thumb up. Many thanks! this product has been very effective in helping to improve my sleep quality. 2 tablets per day before bed puts my to sleep within 40mins which is usually quite difficult.

My absolute favourite magnesium. I was recommended this by my friend a few years ago and now i understand why. The quality of this product is very apparent in comparison to other brands and love different size bottles or dosage available.
