If you have joint problems, the first thing to start with is a strict elimination diet - eliminate lectins, lactose, casein, sugar in any form for 9-12 months. Also, study the intake of dietary supplements in the following areas: anti-inflammatory drugs and supplements that compensate for deficient conditions that lead to joint problems. These are mainly: fulvic and humic minerals, royal jelly, digestive and proteolytic enzymes, lecithin, carnitine, collagen, glucosamine – chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, silicon, MSM, selenium, vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin D and K2, omega 3, borage oil, boswellia and curcumin, B complexes, manganese.

Since this is my first time trying this supplement, I am starting out with just one per day and seeing if my bone density improves after 3 months...if not, I will slowly keep increasing every few months up to the 45 mg prescribed in Japan for bone support.
