Good Value
I cant tell if these are better or worst than other brands of Calcium but this was good value and easy to swallow. I paired this with the Now brand of calcium for a 1000mg dosage.

Vitamin D
I bought this mainly as a vitamin D supplement for my son, after bloodwork showed his vitamin D was low. I trust the Carlson's brand name, and this was one of the few vitamin D supplements that included magnesium as well. So far, so good! We'll see what his next bloodwork shows.
