Instructions
Ponemos a calentar 1 litro de agua, tomamos un puño de Cardo Mariano y agregamos al agua, dejamos hervir por 10 minutos. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar por 10 minutos más. Se cuela y se toma como agua de día (Frio o caliente).
Dosage
Se recomienda beber 1 taza de té por prevención y 2 tazas por condición médica.
