Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Gluten Free White Bread Loaf, 18 oz., Frozen

I love Canyon Ranch Gluten Free Breads the bes of all the brands. My favorites are the 7 grain, Mountain White and Raisin Cinnamon. Unfortunately Walmart doesn't carry this new variety which is the Raisin Cinnamon and I have to go to another grocery chain in my area because it's my great for breakfast. I just love it. I buy it frozen which is probably where most stores have it. The slices are ample and a nice size. The only one I think the slices are too small is the Ancient Grain. Try this brand and you won't be disappointed!

I knew the bread was frozen when I took it out of the freezer section . I like the fact I can buy 2 loaves at a time and I could just throw one loaf in the freezer. I keep the loaf that I am using in the refrigerator, it doesn't get soggy or moldy. I think it is over priced, but it is the best brand I have tried. I can't eat it untoasted it is too 'heavy' for my stomach if it isn't. There is no after taste or grainy texture to the bread.
