I like this bread if you have to eat gluten free, it is not great when compared to fresh baked wheat bread. However I gave it a low quality rating because Walmart oftentimes fills my online order with already expired Canyon Bakehouse Bread! This was the case the last two or three times I ordered it. Expired products, especially bread, should be removed from the shelves and Walmart shoppers should be trained to pay more attention to expiration dates!

ive been eating this gluten free bread for several years. The taste is excellent. Although, like most gluten free breads, it is different from regular breads. The taste and structure is wonderful as toast. Sugar is low, and a bit disappointed the fiber isn't higher, but it does have fiber!
