The printer is great does everything you would want, but since you changed your support and have to sign up and only have one year of support your service falls in with HP and the rest. I have been using Canon products since 1993 and the experience was great up till when I tried to use if for a friend that I sold one of the TS5120 too. That experience was terrible.
