Great lens!

I have had my Canon eos for about 7 years, and have put off getting this lens because I just never had the money. But I finally decided to just go ahead and get it for my trip, which was only a week away! I got the lens at site to store before I left (before promised!), and it is wonderful! So easy to focus, both auto and manually, easy to switch back and forth too. Good range, really had fun with it! Able to get close-ups of animals at the zoo, but also able to get landscape shots! I use 35 mm, not digital, so I am excitedly waiting for my pix to come back--I know they will be great!!
