the centering device that comes with these is well made; it has sizing and wick placement options and is heavy duty! unfortunately, the wicks are not thick enough. They are rather thin and flimsy; they all seem to have folded over just above the metal base, which make trying to keep them upright and straight is nearly impossible. I could not find a wick size in the description, but it would be nice to know, so that I can avoid these in the future. I wish this company offered thicker, stronger wicks. The shipping was awesome; these wicks and the centering device arrived within 24 hours.

love that these are cotton, however they are pre-waxed with what seems to be a petroleum wax. The wicks are thin and do not stand upright on their own, they fold over, bent at the bottom, just above the metal base. A wick holder must be used to keep them upright. Fortunately, the company includes a heavy duty metal wick holder, which may be the best deal of this purchase!! Love the wick holder they have included!! The wicks burn well, they hold the flame, but i'm not sure how wide of a candle they will be able to sustain. I have been using them in lightweight votive candles, but may need to implement a three wick design when using heavier wax or a wider container.
