Canada Pooch 628284113201 Cooling Dog Vest, Neon & Pink - Size 20

I bought this for my little terrier mix. Once the sun comes out and it's over 60 degrees she seeks the shade and doesn't want to continue a walk/hike. This has been a great solution for our hikes out here in Utah. We were really concerned about the amount of water this would take since we already carry 7 liters on hikes with 2 adults and the dog but this only uses a couple of ounces! I ordered the size 12 and it fits snuggly on her without a harness. We have an adjustable harness to this wasn't an issue for us but I wish I would have ordered the 14.

I have a very heat sensitive schnauzer who just doesn't seem to have a good time in the heat. I love Canada pooch for winter gear, and was thrilled to see that they made cooling vests! I ordered one that ended up being slightly too big, and I want to commend the Canada pooch customer service for the most painless exchange I've possibly ever made. Unparalleled customer service. Anyway, my schnauzer could be in the hot weather and within 5 minutes is panting up a storm. I took her on hike today in significantly hot weather with her vest on, AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN PANT. She was so much happier with the vest on, actually enjoyed her time outside, and we were able to stay out a little longer because of the vest. I can't say enough great things about the company AND about the vest. :heart:️
