Love this Smoker!!

My husband purchased this smoker as an alternative to using our charcoal grill and we love it. It's easy to use and makes the food flavorful and tender. We've used it to smoke salmon and pork so far. We originally chose the smaller size because we weren't sure we would like it but we will soon be ordering the larger size so we can cook larger amounts of meat and fish. I will give a note of advice...it helps if you use this along with a stovetop fan to pull up any little bit of smoke that may escape from the pan while you're using it.
