Item is exactly as described. It's high quality paper. It's easy to trim, remove and re-adjust. Very forgiving. You will need to exercise patience as it is a little trying to line up the pattern. I was wanting to find a way to lighten up this brown, brown, kitchen without painting or redoing the floors so I thought I could apply this paper to the island to give some separation between the floor and the cabinets. It's very subtle but I think it does make a difference.
