Mind Benefits
I take this Omega-3 once a day. I take it with food as it's supposed to mute the inflammatory negative affects. This is according to Dr. Rhonda Patrick, from whom I get a lot of great advice. I am taking a lot of different supplements that help with cognition and do notice that overall I am improved. I cannot necessarily pin those benefits to fish oil but I think that it is either neutral or helpful. Certainly does not hinder that. Will continue to take and have no issues with this brand.
