Limpy lettuce

The lettuce was wilted and brown. Hardly any leaves of lettuce. I mentioned it to the driver but I don't think she could do anything about it. I accepted the item and told her I would get ahold of Walmart. This is the first time I have ever had to refuse an item. Thank you

Wilted Romaine

This is the 2nd delivery I've attempted in just a few days to get Romaine lettuce and both times you could tell the lettuce was bad as soon as you grabbed the bag by the way it feels. And you don't have to open it to visibly see that it's a wilted mess that should've never left the store. Not sure how many people handle the groceries for delivery but at least 1 person should be visibly inspecting the fresh produce as it's being selected or as it's being bagged for delivery. I pay more than I should for organic to help cut down on the toxic chemicals which is already unbelievable but if the produce is delivered spoiled I can't eat it period. I then have to go through the return process, make sure I get refunded, and then go without or have to shop somewhere else. There is a very limited selection for organic here and it's always a 50/50 chance it's going to be spoiled or very close to it when it arrives. I don't understand how this can keep happening. I'm disappointed and am getting tired of playing the "hoping and waiting to see if I'm gonna be able to eat it this time" game with fresh produce. I am disabled and can't always go shopping myself. That's why I made room in my budget for Walmart delivery service plus tipping but if I'm always having to worry, wonder if it's safe to eat and possibly have to go without anyway, is it really worth it?

When you order on walmart pickup or delivery, it seems they give you the oldest/or expired food. I dont recommend getting anything fresh if you can help it! It's very frustrating!
