By far our darkest roast, West Coast is an homage to the late Alfred Peet, founder of Peet's Coffee and Tea. Legend has it that in the 60's and 70's when Alfred's brand was catching on, other roasters had a difficult time convincing their clients in the San Francisco Bay area that their coffees were high quality unless they were roasted dark like Peet's.

Love it !
I love this coffee and this brand. they different recipes but I prefer the less fancy stuff. chocolatey taste, smooth and slightly bitter, with adequate amounts of caffeine in each serving. the ingredients are organic and of the best quality, which is always of tremendous benefit. Their packages are very asthetic and pleasing.
