Open the gray inflation valve lid. Pinch either side of the valve and blow into it or pump the purple manual air pump until you reach the desired firmness. Seal the valve lid. To release air pressure, open gray valve lid and depress the button in the middle of the valve. Always seal valve lid to prevent air leakage. TO CLEAN: simply wipe the water-resistant exterior with a damp cloth for easy cleanup.

A must for desk job
This is an absolute must for someone that sits a lot on their job. The first day I wore it around my waist and it worked great. The second day, I attached it to my chair and found it worked even better. It is made of very durable fabric and holds the inflation very well. Has been inflated for 2 weeks now with no leakage. Will purchase another one for home on my telework days.

Handy
Working in an office six out of seven days, my back becomes uncomfortable in my chair. I always try to find comfortable ways to sit, but it either affects my back and posture or my hips. With this belt, it keeps the pressure off of those areas while helping my posture. Do easy to use and take with you.

Nice little product. Has the pump built in which is nice, you can inflate and deflate it wherever. Doesn’t do much if you’re walking around, it’s best for seating. The belt adjusts a lot so it gets really big or small and should be good for most sizes
