Very simple packaging. Easy to put on the seats. Velcro. The pockets slots are a bit flimsy but it works for me because I dont put anything heavy in them. I use it for pens, trash bags, my tablet, snacks, gloves, wipes, rubber bands, bandaids, paper towels etc. Its worth the buy. Comes in a two pack (which is what I bought) and I have em on both seats cause its easier for me to keep my car clean with a slot to put stuff in lol :-P
