Excellent SSD

Well the boot times are awesome!!! I had no problems installing from my original boot drive . The crucial SSD drive comes with a program called a acronis. Actually you need to download it but there's a key to activate the program if you're working with a tower this process will be easy. If you're working with the laptop you will need an external USB adapter to Sada connection . or take your original boot disk from your laptop and your new SSD drive to a pc tower copy the files or to Cologne rather. If you need help there are plenty of post and tutorials on line. I wish I would have done this long ago good investment .

Great replacement for mechanical hard drive

Bought the Crucial MX300 replace my mechanical hard drive. I cloned my hard drive with a usb 3.0 to hard drive adapter. Installed SSD hard drive in my computer and it fired up and works great. It is quick , runs cool and is quiet. I used How to Geek website instructions on how to do the cloning and installation setup . I downloaded there recommended free cloning software and it worked without a hitch. This is my first SSD hard drive and I like it a lot. While I had the computer open Installed another 4 gb strip of ram. I am running Windows 10. Now my laptop is super fast. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
