OVERVIEW
The Discoverer AT3 4S tire from Cooper delivers off-road performance for light trucks and SUVs without giving up ride comfort, low noise, and road manners on the pavement. The Discoverer AT3 4S features a silica-enriched tread formulation with two steel belts, polyester cord plies, and a nylon reinforcement layer. Where the rubber meets the road, you'll find an open five-rib all-terrain tread pattern with Aqua Vac channels to resist hydroplaning, Micro-Gauge zigzag sipes, and sawtooth block edges for traction in slush and snow. Backed by a 65,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life, the Discoverer AT3 4S is Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified for use in moderate to severe winter weather conditions.

Great tires...
These tires look great and ride smooth and are good in all conditions. Plus they are a great value for the price compared to some other brands but perform excellent. I have them on a f150 4x4.

Colorado snow (and summers)
Drive 70 and Berthoud twice a month, no issues at all. The deeper the snow, the better! Dry is not a performance tire but have an Escalade, so not looking for that. One winter in and at least another two to go. Don't hesitate, better than the LTX as a 4 season tire because the season that counts is impeccable. Not a handling tire or long tread wear, but if you live in a mountain/snow state, this is the tire you need this season.

3rd set of these tires for different vehicles. They work great.
Replaced the stock Firestones on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Much better handling, and so much quieter. Allready had a set on my Isuzu Trooper, so i new what a great tire they are. Work great in snow rain and offroad here in southern Oregon. I highly recommend them.
