For those with sedentary lifestyles, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DESK! Don't spend all day sitting on your tush when you can stand and still get work done. The assembly was easy. It comes with the tools you need, however; I used my battery powered drill with attachments to secure screws. It took me less than 25~30 minutes to assemble by myself. The motor that raises and lowers the desk is quiet. It has 3 memory settings you can program to your height specifications. The desk dimensions are perfect if you have multiple monitors and other peripherals (e.g., Webcams, printers, etc.). As for the sturdiness, it is sturdy but I would rather see stronger screws used to mount the tabletop. I would not recommend trying to move the desk by lifting from the tabletop entirely because of it's weight (75~80 lbs). Lift by the legs and metal T-brackets. Aside from this, for the price, it is an excellent buy!

Assembly instructions are clear. Assembly is relatively easy. Good value, works as intended. Not too heavy. The subframe supports most of the depth of the desk, shouldn't be any structural issues. Attachment to top of desk is via blind pre-drilled holes - I would just caution not to over-tighten screws into the wood. This is a good value and I would purchase again.
