Terrific ride on toy but damaged during delivery!

This was an amazing ride on toy however it was delivered damaged The box looked like it had been dropped several times %26 was re-taped. i Tried to get replacement parts instead of returning the whole thing but was given a run around. It's quite heavy %26 I fear the same thing will happen if I return it for a new one. You would think it would be more cost effective to just replace a couple of parts!

This is my first e-bike. I bought this because it had everything I was looking. First the price was right. Secondly the tires 20" and fat. Thirdly easy to get on and off. It has a 7-speed gear, 3 levels of pedal assist and a throttle. I have done about 15 miles now and feel comfortable riding it. Now the cons: It does not come with instructions of how to use it, you have to figure it yourself. I am 5' 5", the seat is too high for me even at the lowest setting, they could have easily made changes to seat adjustments to accommodate people of my height. Instead of the passenger seat I would prefer a small bag to hold a water bottle and other personal items.
