I almost did not buy this because of some of the negative reviews about it not working well. I got mine unboxed and set up within 10 minutes and started filling it up with water. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. I did it all by myself. I wish I would've bought this sooner. I'm impressed with the quality of the cover also. One of my concerns was about the bottom of the hot tub how uncomfortable it would be there's actually a foam padding so it's very comfortable while sitting. The jets are amazing. There are so many and it's an amazing massage. I have had it for 2 1/2 months now and am enjoying it very much. If it stops heating it's probably your filters that need to be changed. But the first time all I did was unscrew the filters rinse them off and put them back on and it started working again. Yes, it does drop a few degrees when you turn on the bubbles, but just a few degrees. It still stays very warm. Don't hesitate This is well worth the money. It is made very well. And it is large enough for four adults.

Love this tub! Super fast easy set up. Gets hot and stays hot. The cover is well insulted. You can use the bubble feature or heat feature not both at the same time. However it stays hot for a while and bubbles shut off automatically after 20 mins anyway. I leave the cover partially on and I don't lose much heat even with bubbles on and heat off. Love it
