This product did an excellent job of cleaning the mold/mildew. It does have a cleaning scent and I would open windows or use a fan and a mask when cleaning with this BECAUSE you are cleaning mold and mildew. The sprayer could be easier to use. It tends to stream spray vs fan out. It also requires a lot of spraying to cover an area. Despite my negative comments, the cleaner actually works and it 100% worth buying. I would suggest a motorized cleaning wand for easy cleaning of large jobs.

This was amazing! I have an old tub that's seen better days. the bottom has some worn porcelain and it looked grungy. I've tried for a long time to clean it up but nothing worked.
