Housing Melted First Use. No Customer Service.
The first time I used the saw, the housing holding the chain tension and chain break melted. The chain break dragged while using causing the heat to melt the plastic housing. The seller asked for pictures and then has failed to answer any emails regarding the issue. Avoid this product. It is inexpensive, but poorly made and has no product support when you find an issue. Avoid this seller at all costs. They sell a wide variety of items. I suspect it is all poor quality and they do not provide any customer support.
