Well packed. There was an additional slip of card board under the seem, to ensure the product doesn't get cut when opening the box. Instructions were easy to follow. All parts - and - the necessary tools are included. As with most products, there were "extra" parts. The cushions are vacuumed packed, do give it a day for them to fully expand. The color is lovely. The frame is sturdy and supportive. So glad we got it.
