(If the pump and thermostat do not match, the flow rate is too low, the heating pipe is dry and can easily be damaged.)

18KW-36KW heaters must operate with a pump with a water flow of at least 353 ft³ / hour (10m³/hour).
40KW-60KW heaters must operate with a pump with a water flow of at least 530 ft³ / hour (15m³/hour).

It is recommended to use the thermostat with a circulating water pump:
Operating procedure: first turn on the water pump and then the thermostat.
Shutdown: First turn off the thermostat, wait a while (10 seconds to 1 minute depending on the performance of the thermostat) and then turn off the pump.
Reliable leak protection devices must be installed and commissioned by the responsible electrician. Monthly maintenance and inspection.
The additional heating effect of the thermostat is better. Direct heating requires the use of a more powerful machine.

Manual reset temperature switch:
Prevent water from burning dry and protect the pool heater from overheating
Automatic shutdown in case of lack of water. The thermostat will not work if the pump does not start. It can effectively prevent water shortage and non-standard operation from damaging the machine.
Temperature limit switch:
It will turn off automatically when the temperature reaches the temperature, and it can automatically start the heating function after the temperature is lowered, which can effectively prevent damage from excessive machine temperature.
Fuse protection:
If the current is too large, the circuit breaker is immediately disconnected and the power supply interrupted.
Power protection switch:
Use the AC contactor as a start switch. Regardless of the type of accident, you can quickly disconnect the power supply and protect the safety of the machine and people.
Smart self-diagnosis function:
The control system continuesly monitors the operating status of all parts of the heater and reacts quickly and displays appropriate notification messages for each event to prevent from damage or malfunctions.

If an error occurs, the pool heater will stop immediately and a message will appear on the control panel so that the user or technician can determine where the error is. The safety of the customer is a top priority
