Apply a thin coat of Maximum Strength 42% Urea Gel to bottom of feet before bed, focusing on problem areas like heels and balls of feet. Next day in the shower or bath, scrub bottoms of feet with “scrubbing” side of Foot Scrubber. Flip over and use the “buffing” side to smooth skin. Dry feet, apply another thin coat of Maximum Strength 42% Urea Gel, then massage in Gilden Tree’s Shea Butter Skin Repair Cream for superior moisture.

I've used this gel for a long time and love the way it helps keep my feet soft. It's the only thing that really works for me. Last time I purchased - the only one available - had the callus remover with it. I never would have purchased the remover on its own.
