First I bought Tan Florence sneakers and loved them so much, I bought another pair in black. They are the most comfortable shoes - never need breaking in - just pop your feet in and go! The height of the heels makes a huge difference in my spinal stenosis. Bzees is my "forever brand", they get tossed in the washer and come out like new. The inside of the shoes keeps soft and comfortable much longer than other brands which seem to flatten out. My very first pair of Bzees is now 3 or 4 years old and the inside is like new. I did return one pair of Bzees, and the Happy Returns method is the easiest return I have ever made anywhere. I got the online form, took the shoes to the local store named, and the very next day I had a refund going to my credit card and ordered some new Bzees.
