Avoid using Walmart third party stores

Item never arrived. It shows delivered but never got item. Got a hold of Walmart and i was told the third party store will get a hold of me but never heard anything from them. Now i dont have the item which it was a gift for my wife for valentines and they said i cant be refunded either. I asked for an image of proof see if was deliver to one of my neighbors but they couldnt provide one for me
