Out of square

The part of the hitch that goes into the receiver was out of square. By the time I found out my grandson had beat on it and forced it into his receiver. Now it's not returnable. Not recommended.

Poor packing!

This mount might have been very good but arrived in a damaged and open box with 5 of the 6 components missing. Was credited for the purchase, then reordered thru Amazon. This mount arrived in good condition. My ratings are based on the mount that I didn't receive.
