Cook to 165 degrees F. Cooking Directions: Skillet - Crumbled: Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add sausage and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Patties: Slice sausage into patties, 1/2 inches thick. Apply a quick, one second spray non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add patties; cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning 1 to 2 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
