Please list the subject of the email as“warranty registration”.All registered Bushtec Adventure tents and gazebos have a limited lifetime warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Bushtec Adventure Accessory items, including furniture have a one year warranty. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase, for the period as listed above and is not transferable.Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Bushtec Adventure dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Bushtec Adventure products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty.If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us at 1-770-884-2460 in order to receive a return authorization and delivery instructions. Please note we will first try to correct the problem with replacement parts. Do not return product to Bushtec Adventure without authorization.
