Bushnell 1000 Lumen LED Magnetic Area Light

This area light has the best features ever. The magnetic base is sound and solid while still being lightweight. It does take three D batteries and the enclosure is sturdy yet easier to open than any other I have seen. I have arthritis in my hands and it isn't one of those small and delicate enclosures. It has a round piece that spins and then you pull it open to install the batteries. It has 3 different light settings along with a swivel head so that it can be pointed in any direction. It also has a large, soft red button to turn it off and on. When in use, it lights up red so you can see it better. This area light is great for everyday use. It gives me a little light or a lot of light depending on what I need and because the light is wide, it helps cover more area without having to blind me on a higher setting. I would definitely recommend this area light.

Excellent area light. Seems well made and should hold up to heavy/ruff use. The only (slight) flaw I've noticed is the ends should be at 90 degree angles so it would stand-up on end better. It will stand on end but not very sturdily. Still a 5 star review though. Three light settings... low, med & high for different needs and help save battery life. I would recommend this light to friends and family or as a gift.
