Burpee Burpee's Supersteak Hybrid Tomato, Annual Vegetable Seed, Full Sun

I bought some of these last year along with Burpee's Bodacious, the Bodacious ones were really bad quality, only 10 seeds and non of them produced viable plants. My seed packet last year of these Super Steak's had 20 seeds, all 5 of them came up last year, my mother in law raved over them, and the rest of them I started this year. Only one seed didn't germinate. This year's packet has 19, so quantity is pretty close and if we're being honest, that's still around 10 cents a seed, which is a 10 cent plant if they have just as great of germination rates as my last packet. All of my seedlings sprouted within 3-4 days. I did give that last seed 10 days to sprout so I did give it a chance for perfect germination rates.
