Bull.......Just not what they use to be

In my opinion, the quality of this grill is not as good as it once was. We recently purchased a replacement grill for our home. Decided to buy Bull again because we liked the first one. BBQ guys sent out grill, and within one week, it had rust spots on several areas of the lid. Customer service agreed to replace it after several calls because Bull was not contacting me. So far, this grill is better, but it's still not the same quality. Not sure I will repurchase if and when I need to replace this grill.

All ready rusting & purchased 5/9/2020

This is my 2nd Bull grill. I bought Bull again cause I was pleased with the last one. This model is a step lower than my last grill only cause I opted not to have the infrared and rotisserie. We never used the them in the last model. However, this last purchase has been very disappointing. Not even a week after the grill was installed, I noticed rust spots on the lid and the back of the grill. I tried called BBQ Guys several times to speak with a representative, but was in que EVERY TIME for over 30 minutes. I then tried online chat, which still a long wait time, but was finally able to chat with a representative about was was happening with my purchase. I sent pics, explained my situation, and she said someone will get back with me. It's been 1 1/2 weeks and there has been no communication. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Worst ever

I'm 52 years old and cooked on EVERYTHING from charcoal to 100$ gas grills. I finally got to a point in my like that I would build an outdoor kitchen. I bought this grill( built in). This is, without a doubt, the worst gas grill. It's soooo hard to cook on. It's will totally flame up on low, no matter what's on the grill. Everything will burn up unless you keep the lid open and keep moving your food. Trust me. I'm so disappointed. It's just a shame.
