I do not think this is a heavy duty dolly, but this is a good dolly to have around in your house when moving heavy items: plant in a big pot, washer, dryer. I bought one cheap dolly at walmart also about 7 dollars it broke first time used it.

There isn't much that can go wrong w furniture dolly, this particular dolly is a lot stronger than one I had for almost 30 years. In small apartments they are great to set furniture on them and just leave it there to move around for whatever.
