Great!
We never had a hot before and always thought about getting one. We found Bueno spas and Tina online. We opted for the Chicago spa. Of course we had a lot of questions and Tina was there for us by phone and email every time we reached out. Always courteous and knowledgeable. We are very comfortable knowing that we have a company that stands behind what they sell. Also, upon initial start up / set up, I used the chat session with questions and answers came back almost instantly. You always are hesitant to purchase online, but this was seamless - from the order to shipping. The delivery crew was gentle with our investment. That was appreciated. We had to have a crane brought in to set the unit and once it was set, the wiring was easy. The controls and the mobile app are simple to navigate. I would highly recommend Tina and Bueno spas for you spa needs - especially if you are a first timer like us. We enjoy our Chicago Spa with family and friends

Excellent!
We are a month into owning the Chicago and absolutely love it. We were impacted by a very poor delivery that resulted in a damaged product and a ton of stress. After a couple of unproductive phone calls, we finally reached the right employees and the treatment after that was nothing short of 1st class. We have been up and running about a month, love the tub and have been in it every day since. Giving 5 stars because the tub is great, the delivery experience was unfortunate but we are satisfied with how this company came through for us.

Love It
I've owned a few different hot tubs. And I definitely love the Chicago hot tub. I like the layout and I definitely like that the tub is very quiet. My hot tub sits on a cement slab approximately 2 ft from my bedroom window. When the tub is in filter or heating mode I cannot hear it even in the middle of the night which is such a bonus. Overall the purchase was very easy the delivery company which normally only deliver to the driveway stepped up and took it all the way to my backyard. Overall the buying experience has been very good and the tub is performing to my expectations. I would definitely do business with Bueno Spa again. Ryan was my salesman and he's been helpful before and after the sale.
