Here from France: a terrific tool for dividing the whites and yolks of eggs into separate batches. Made of a slotted platform joined to a clip seen in lower right of picture, this gadget hooks on the edge of a quarter-size steam-table pan. The clip as shown in the picture above is cut off the actual clip is bent toward the adjoining strip of metal to keep its hold on the pan.
