A taste of my childhood Christmas!

I have looked forward to Peanut Brittle at Christmas time ever since I was a child and still do. I noticed, however, that the last several years, it has become harder to find, so I decided to check Walmart on-line. It is exactly as I remember it. Fantastic!!!! There is even enough for me to share, since I'm stingy with my Peanut Brittle! Very happy!

The Good stuff

This is better than homemade because, well, I didn't have to make it! It's a lot though, but luckily it lats for a long time if-kept out of light, heat and humidity. Plenty of peanuts, enough large pieces to satisfy and enough small pieces to grab one on the run. Sometimes peanut brittle can be soggy, or the peanuts mushy. Not here. Crisp peanuts in snappy brittle.
