A little hard to get the filter in correctly?

filter is a little hard to get in the picture the right way. sometimes it takes a couple of tries before I stopped the water from flowing right out and not filtering the water. but once it's got in the filter correctly it is great. I live in the country and my water tastes terrible. I even use the filtered water for my coffee.

Water filters - cheaper but not as good.

I had tried a different brand of filters the last time I needed to order. It turned out - I threw the last couple unused filters away. When I would run the first water through those filters - the first bit of water would come out black......I'm guessing it was charcoal.....and I was not impressed with the filtered water. So I went back to this brand and would recommend it to anyone.
