Poor plant quality
The spider plant was small and arrived in very poor condition and I should have just returned it immediately instead of trying to save it. We repotted it after giving it a few days to rest and found that they had just shoved the tiny rootball into a pot much to large for the actual plant.

Fell Apart in Delivery
Both spider plants did not fare well in the delivery process. I am trying to save them both, but each is only now about one third of what their size was. I'm not happy with them and I don't think spider plants do well in 4 days of travel.
