Wrong item delivered, but refund promptly made

Walmart delivered the entirely wrong item. I had to return it to the store in my town - Lafayette, LA - but they would only credit one item since that is all that they sent me. However, I called the 1-800-925-6278 number and spoke to a real person (eventually) who completed the refund of the entire purchase price. All the return work took 2 1/2 hours of my time and the item I had ordered was time sensitive, so I am not pleased that I had to order from a different company (Home Depot) and what I needed will be coming a week later than needed.
