Seat pad – Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, low heat.
Headrest – Fasten all hook-and-loop patches. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Air dry flat.
Toy bar and toy – Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.
Frame – Wipe the metal frame with soft, clean cloth and mild soap.

If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. Great swing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this swing! It is just high enough off the ground so my dogs can't lick his face! My son loves being in this swing and it lets me put him down for a while. 10 out of 10! Works perfect and easy to move up and down the stairs.
